Co-founder

Rob brings over 28 years experience in Real Estate related companies. After having started in the Mortgage business in 1992 at Equity Plus, he opened his own Mortgage Company, Enterprise Mortgage in 1997, and almost immediately added Savannah Title Agency in the 1st quarter of 1998. Rob’s broad background in Mortgage, Real Estate, and Title business has given him the ability to anticipate and be proactive. He has been able to refine his efforts and consistently deliver top tier service based on over 28,000+ Title transactions.

Michael Kiggins

Operations Manager

Michael is a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams-Chicago Lincoln Park, and has more than a decade in the real estate industry. His credentials include Accredited Buyer Representative, Seller Representative Specialist, and an Illinois licensed Notary Public. Michael is currently the Operation Manager and Transaction Coordinator for Ideal Title Agency. He is dedicated to providing you with excellent customer service and guiding you through a smooth and flawless title insurance experience.
